Agreement of Participation

 

By submitting an application for membership into the El Dorado County Charter SELPA, Charter applicant indicates it has read and understands the conditions of the Agreement for Participation. As a condition of acceptance into the El Dorado County Charter SELPA, approved applicants are required to submit a signed Agreement for Participation, as most recently approved by the El Dorado County Charter SELPA CEO Council.
