Charter SELPA Online Application Process - Outline

 

Goal:  Prior to January 13th  submit Charter SELPA Application Profile online and submit the required support documentation files individually (PDF format preferred but Microsoft Word and Excel files are accepted).

Process: Access the El Dorado County Charter SELPA Application Online

Create a User Account and Password
Create and complete a 'Notice of Intent'
Create and complete an application
Submit Notice of Intent, application, and all support documents

At any time during the application process, you can check the status of your submission on the website by logging in to your User Account.

Note: Individual applications must be submitted for each school applying for membership. You can create multiple applications using your one User Account/Password.

Result: The Charter SELPA Office will notify Charter applicants via letter on April 1st as to the acceptance of their membership.  Charter SELPA membership begins July 1st.
