Time Line for Applications

Ongoing:
Submit “Notice of Intent” and Application to Charter SELPA at website (www.edcoe.org/chelpaapplication/appWelcome.asp)

October:
Attend Information Session (date to be determined – attendance optional)

January 13th:
Online applications must be submitted for expansion schools of current Charter SELPA members.
Online applications for new members must be submitted to the El Dorado County Charter SELPA.  

February:
CEO Selection/Review Committee will meet and review applications.
Charter SELPA will prepare Local Plan Revision and submit to CDE. 
County Board action; re: Local Plan Revision.

March/April:
CDE review and notify Charter SELPA; re: acceptance

May 1st:
Charters will be notified by this date as to the status of their applications

July 1st:
Charter membership in the El Dorado County Charter SELPA begins
