Meeting Room Requests for External Clients

To request a meeting room, please complete the Facility Use Application and email it to Angela Cayafas at

Applicants may call the main office at (530) 622-7130 ext 0 to check room availability; however, the room will not be confirmed for use until the Facility Use Application has been received and approved by an Office of Education representative. The applicant will receive a copy of the completed and approved application in the mail.

Once the Facility Use Application has been approved, specific room set-up may be requested by following the instructions below.
