El Dorado County SELPA
Staff Directory
David Toston is the Executive Director for El Dorado County SELPA/Charter SELPA. As Executive Director, he oversees the implementation of the AB602 Allocation Plan, provides administrative support, and coordinates the delivery of services pursuant to the Local Plan.
Two Directors (Tamara Clay and Amy Andersen) assist with administrative support and the coordination of the delivery of services pursuant to the Local Plan.
Three Program Specialists (Dubravka Tomazin, Sadie Pinotti, and Robin Smay) are designated to assist in placement decisions, curriculum development and staff inservice. They act as a resource to both parents and staff in IEP Team meetings and facilitate the IEP process.
Program Support Staff are: Kathleen Hall, Angela Chance, Pamela Garcia, Patti Mercer, and James Barrett .
